1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty benefits are applicable from the date of delivery.
- 0–6 Months: FREE Replacement (No questions asked)
- 6–12 Months: FREE Repair or Exchange (Up to 50% of product value)
2. What’s Covered Under Warranty
Our warranty covers issues related to manufacturing or material quality, including:
- Tarnishing or discoloration
- Manufacturing defects
- Stone loosening or falling
- Clasp / lock breakage
3. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage or breakage due to misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Loss of stones, parts, or products
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Damage caused by improper storage or care
4. How to Raise a Warranty Claim (Easy 4-Step Process)

- Step 3: Ship the product to the address shared by our support team (we’ll guide you step-by-step)
- Step 4: Once approved, your replacement / repair / exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days after quality check
5. Important Notes
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the Soloke Studio QC team
- Soloke Studio reserves the right to decline claims that fall outside warranty coverage
