At Soloke Studio, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our 12-Month Warranty Coverage is designed to give you peace of mind and a hassle-free after-purchase experience.

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty benefits are applicable from the date of delivery.

  • 0–6 Months: FREE Replacement (No questions asked)
  • 6–12 Months: FREE Repair or Exchange (Up to 50% of product value)

2. What’s Covered Under Warranty

Our warranty covers issues related to manufacturing or material quality, including:

  • Tarnishing or discoloration
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Stone loosening or falling
  • Clasp / lock breakage

3. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or breakage due to misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss of stones, parts, or products
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Damage caused by improper storage or care

4. How to Raise a Warranty Claim (Easy 4-Step Process)

  2. Step 2: Share your Invoice (digital or printed) and Warranty Card (if available)
  3. Step 3: Ship the product to the address shared by our support team (we’ll guide you step-by-step)
  4. Step 4: Once approved, your replacement / repair / exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days after quality check

5. Important Notes

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the Soloke Studio QC team
  • Soloke Studio reserves the right to decline claims that fall outside warranty coverage
  • Warranty is valid only for original purchases from solokestudio.com
