All prices are displayed in INR (₹) for India and CAD ($) for Canada, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Product Availability

Products are offered on an “as available” basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable if a product is unavailable or out of stock.

5. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase products at the prices and terms specified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed before order confirmation.

We accept payments through Razorpay and Stripe, which are secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.

6. Consumer Protection Rights (India)

For customers in India, the following rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 apply:

• You have the right to receive products as described within the stipulated delivery timeframe
• Products must be of merchantable quality and fit for the purpose intended
• You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of delivery
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA)
• Refunds must be processed within 30 days of initiation

7. Return and Refund Policy

Under our Return & Exchange Policy, customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
• Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide across India and Canada. Standard shipping times are:

• India (Metro areas): 3–5 working days
• India (Non-metro areas): 5–7 working days
• Canada: 5–14 business days

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to our review and may not be accepted once the order has been processed or shipped.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soloke Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soloke Studio, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the website.
