PVD-Coated & Designer Jewelry

• Dispatched within 1–3 working days
• Dispatch timelines exclude Sundays & public holidays

2. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and at checkout
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your pincode and courier service availability

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India 🇮🇳

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• ₹75 COD charge applicable
• COD availability may vary by location and product

4. International Shipping

We ship select Soloke Studio products internationally.

• Delivery timelines: 18–25 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout
• Any customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email to track your order in real time.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or courier-related issues
• If your delivery address becomes unserviceable, our team will contact you to offer an alternative solution or a full refund
