At Soloke Studio, we want you to shop with complete confidence.
That’s why we follow a clear, transparent, and customer-friendly return & exchange policy across our products.


Eligible Products

This policy applies to Jewelry, Crockery, and other lifestyle products, unless clearly mentioned otherwise on the product page.


Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

Jewelry & Other Products – Returns

You can return a product if:

  • It is unused
  • It is returned in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

Important Notes:

  • Products purchased under offers or promotions will be refunded as Soloke Studio Wallet Credit
  • Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without coupon) are eligible for return

Unboxing Proof (Very Important)

To process any claim related to:

  • Missing items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items

An unboxing video is mandatory

The video must clearly show:

  • The package in sealed condition
  • Continuous opening without cuts

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Enter your Order ID (starting with #SS) and registered contact number
  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Provide required details:
  • Return reason
  • Upload minimum 2 images
  • Pickup address & preferred date
  • Refund method
  1. Review details and submit your request

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and quality check
  • Refund timelines follow RBI guidelines

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid Orders → Original payment method
  • COD Orders → UPI or Bank Account shared by you

Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

If the exact item or variant is unavailable, our team will:

  • Offer the closest available alternative, or
  • Process a refund / store credit, as applicable

  3. Select the item you want to exchange
  4. Provide:
  • Exchange reason
  • Minimum 2 images
  • Pickup address & date
  • Preferred size / color / variant

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Clearance / Goodbye Sale items (clearly mentioned on product page)
