Return & Exchange Policy

At Soloke Studio, we want you to love every piece you own. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange process below.
1. Return Policy — Within 5 Working Days
You may request a return within 5 working days of delivery (Saturdays & Sundays excluded). To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Branded box seal must be unbroken
- All freebies, gifts, or complimentary items must be returned inside the box (missing freebies will have their value deducted from your refund)
- Unboxing video is mandatory — must show the sealed package and continuous opening without cuts
2. Refund Process
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and quality check, as per RBI guidelines
- For COD orders, refund will be credited to the UPI ID or bank account provided by you
- Products purchased under offers or promotions will be refunded as Soloke Studio Store Credit only
3. Exchange Policy — Within 10 Days
You may request an exchange within 10 days of delivery (including weekends) for the following reasons:
- Damaged product → Same item exchange
- Wrong product received → Same item exchange
- Size or variant issue → Exchange with available variant
If the exact item or variant is unavailable, we will offer the closest available alternative or process a refund/store credit as applicable.
4. Unboxing Proof (Mandatory)
To process any claim related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items, an unboxing video is required. The video must:
- Clearly show the package in sealed condition
- Show continuous opening without cuts or pauses
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products
- Clearance or Goodbye Sale items (as mentioned on the product page)
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Return/Exchange Portal
- Enter your Soloke Studio Order ID (starting with #SS) and registered contact number
- Choose the items you wish to return or exchange
- Provide necessary details: select a reason, upload a minimum of 2 images, specify pickup address & preferred date, and choose your refund/exchange preference
- Review your information and confirm the request
